North Providence RI Police pinched a Providence motorist as a result of a North Providence fatal motor vehicle collision. This alleged drunk driving crash lead to the death of the alleged intoxicated motorists’ passenger and caused another person serious personal injury.
North Providence police allege that the suspect was inebriated and operating an automobile in a manner that caused it to strike a utility pole. The charges include: driving to endanger death resulting, driving to endanger causing bodily injury, driving under the influence – death resulting, reckless driving & driving under the influence causing bodily injury. The alleged drunk driver lost control of his motor vehicle hitting a utility pole. This caused the death of one of his passengers and the hospitalization of another passenger.
